Rhodia was listed on the monthly settlement market of the Paris Bourse and on the New York Stock Exchange on June 25, 1998. In October 1999, Rhône-Poulenc divested its remaining 67.3% interest in Rhodia through a secondary offering of equity and the placement of notes exchangeable into Rhodia shares.
