The minimum requirements that Rhodia applies to form partnerships with customers are :
Existence of a contractual research, cooperation or licensing agreement between Rhodia and its customer.
A minimum term of three years for the agreement.
Delivery by Rhodia of an innovative and tailor-made solution for the customer.
Pricing according to the value of the service the product provides.
