Cationic polymer providing excellent wet/dry combability properties. Imparts anti-static, luster and detangling properties to the hair. Enhances deposition of other functional ingredients such as dyes. Stabilizes foam while providing richness. Stable over a wide pH range. Recommended to restore smoothness and remoisturization to chemically treated hair and dry skin
