Materials for gasoline catalysis
 Rhodia’s Actalys®-Optalys® range is present in more than one third of catalytic converters worldwide. Rhodia’s materials reduce usage of precious metals whilst simultaneously improving catalytic converter performance and durability.
Additive technology for particulate filters
When associated with a particulate filter, Eolys™ technology enables the elimination of 99.9% of soot particles. With nearly 3 million diesel vehicles equipped in the world, it is the widest used technology on the market. Completely invisible to the car owner, Eolys™ technology has been developed to eliminate maintenance during the vehicle life time (i.e. over 250 000 km).
Delivering outstanding performance at low temperature, Eolys™ technology is particularly suited to urban driving cycles, especially in retrofit applications such as bus fleets, delivery vehicles, construction equipment, etc.
Anticipating the challenge of ever-stricter regulations, Rhodia is developing innovative materials that facilitate emissions control system integration: oxidation; abatement of particulate matter and NOx. |
