Bertrand Leroux appointed Director of Compensation & Benefits

Paris, July 2nd, 2009 ---- Rhodia today announced the appointment of Bertrand Leroux as Director of Compensation & Benefits. As part of his responsibilities, he will also be in charge of the HR function’s operational excellence. He will report to Yolène Coppin, Group Executive Vice President, Human Resources and will be a member of Rhodia’s General Management Committee.

Bertrand Leroux, 41, is a graduate of the French Business School Institut Supérieur du Commerce. He began his career as a consultant at Hay Management Consultants. In 1995, he joined Moët Hennessy’s HR department (LVMH Group). He moved to Danone in 1999 where he was the Group’s Director of Compensation & Benefits until 2006. In 2006 he was appointed Head of Reward and Talent at British Petroleum Group’s headquarters in London.
