MACKAM 2CSF

Mild amphoteric surfactant with applications in both personal care and industrial cleaners. Due to its excellent coupling properties in personal care products, it is used to couple conditioning agents in shampoos. In its ability to couple non-ionic surfactants into high levels of electrolyte makes Mackam 2CSF very useful for industrial cleaners. It is suggested for systems where sodium chloride would be detrimental to the performance of the final product or would cause corrosion problems. Mackam 2CSF is stable over a broad pH range and is the surfactant of choice in high electrolyte systems.
