Easy-to-use conditioning system engineered with Dow Corning’s New Amino Functional Silicone to provide superior shine and extend the life of permanent color treatments. The product is supplied as a 100% solids material in an easy to handle pastille form. All the conditioners and emulsifiers needed for a premium type conditioner are contained in this product.
