Based on the eco-friendly solvent Rhodiasolv® IRIS, recipient of the 2009 Pierre Potier award for innovation in chemistry supporting sustainable development, Rhodiasolv® STRIP enables customers to develop high performance products compliant with strictest regulations for paint stripping, such as the latest European legislation coming into force in 2010.

Rhodiasolv® STRIP is biodegradable and requires no labeling because it is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-irritant and non-sensitizing. This unique and proprietary blend is also classified as non-VOC according to EU legislation (1999/13/EC). Rhodiasolv® STRIP is an ingredient of choice for dichloromethane or N-Methyl-Pyrrolidone free formulation
