A corporate governance in line with best practice.
The Board appointed the Group’s CEO Jean-Pierre Clamadieu as Chairman of Rhodia on 17 March 2008. This appointment was made after the resignation of Yves René Nanot from his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
In combining the functions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Rhodia wished to streamline the decision-making process that supports the Group’s profitable growth strategy.
