Your career

Rhodia has a proactive career development policy. Every year in each business and function a development and succession plan is drawn up. Employees stay in the same job for an average of three years and will either develop within the same professional family or in a new one, or move abroad.

Your mobility

Structured mobility is strongly encouraged as one of the keys in optimizing Rhodia's resources, but also your own professional career. With the support of your manager and your HR expert, you play an active role in your career by informing us of your development ambitions.

Zoom on international mobility

Rhodia offers around a dozen international internships, mainly in Asia, the United States and Brazil. Most of these postings are entrusted to trainees who have already worked at Rhodia.
Expatriation usually is offered mid-career for key management positions.
