Recruiting Process

During our standard recruitment process, which is divided into four steps, you shall meet both HR professionnals and operational managers.

This hiring process is set up at the level of the enterprise, but can be adapted according to our subsidiaries and countries.

The final decision is a collective one, as it commits Rhodia for several years.

The average deadline from your application to the final decision is about 2 months, with 3 to 5 interviews with members of Rhodia's team.
